Service Description

Our Legs + Glutes Pilates class combines targeted exercises to strengthen, tone, and shape your lower body. We focus on building and stabilizing the muscles of your legs, hips, and glutes. This class is designed to improve lower body strength, flexibility, and overall muscle balance using functional movement and Mat Pilates exercises. ​ All levels welcome. ​

Cancellations + No-Shows All classes can be canceled or rescheduled up to 4 hours before the class start time. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a $10 fee and/or loss of class credit. Refund Policy No refunds on any purchases or class cards
