Service Description
Our Legs + Glutes Pilates class combines targeted exercises to strengthen, tone, and shape your lower body. We focus on building and stabilizing the muscles of your legs, hips, and glutes. This class is designed to improve lower body strength, flexibility, and overall muscle balance using functional movement and Mat Pilates exercises. All levels welcome.
