What to Expect
Booking Classes
To book in for a class, click the "Book a Class" button on the top of the page. This button will direct you to our booking platform where you can save your spot or add yourself to the waitlist for any class.
Cancellations + No-Shows
All classes can be canceled or rescheduled up to 4 hours before the class start time. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a $10 fee and/or loss of class credit.
Refund Policy
No refunds on any purchases or class cards.
Injuries + Pregnancy
If you have an injury, please inform your instructor at the beginning of class so they can provide appropriate modification. If you are experiencing a serious injury, you must have clearance from your physician before participating in any class.

​If your pregnancy is uncomplicated and you feel well enough to exercise, you can join most of our classes. Always get clearance from a physician before adding a new form of movement during your pregnancy.
What Equipment to Bring
For all small group pilates classes please bring your yoga mat (the thicker the better) and your water bottle filled with water. ​

I will provide all other equipment including: Pilates balls, Pilates ring, therabands and resistance bands for each class.
What to Wear
You want to wear clothing that doesn't hinder your movement, and that can move and breathe with you throughout the whole class. Pilates is about feeling better than you started, so wear form fitting clothing that makes you feel comfortable and confident. Bare feet is best on your mat.
Parking + Location
Street parking is available out front and is free of charge.

Our studio is located in the lower mission inside a beautifully converted detached garage. Access is through the gate on the right side of the house.
